About The Position

At Authority HVAC, we’re redefining what it means to work in commercial HVAC. Our team supports some of the largest retail brands in the country — but we never forget the people behind the tools. We invest in our technicians and office staff with training, technology, and a company culture built on respect, transparency, and long-term growth. We perform light commercial preventative maintenance, repairs, and unit replacements in California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, and Florida, maintaining over 7,000 store locations nationwide. We value people with a growth mindset, resiliency, and personal drive — and we invest in our employees through training, technology, and a culture that rewards doing things the right way. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to support our multi-market operations by preparing accurate, timely, and competitive proposals for HVAC service and replacement projects. This is a hands-on, data-driven role that connects the dots between field operations, vendors, and customers to ensure every project starts on the right foot. If you’re ready to join a growing company that values craftsmanship and character, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and let’s build something great together.
