The Big Task As an HVAC Service Team Lead , you’ll oversee the service team’s daily operations, ensuring timely, high-quality maintenance and repair work while supporting and mentoring technicians to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate HVAC service technicians’ daily schedules, assignments, and priorities to ensure efficient and timely service
  • Serve as the point of escalation for complex service calls, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer concerns
  • Mentor, coach, and develop service technicians, promoting safe work practices, technical excellence, and professional growth
  • Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and other teams to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction
  • Monitor key performance metrics, including service response times, completion rates, and quality scores, and take action to improve results
  • Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and reporting for all completed work and ongoing projects
  • Collaborate with dispatch, sales, and management teams to ensure alignment on workflow, priorities, and resource allocation
