About The Position

Blevins, Inc., a financially strong, privately owned wholesaler of building supplies, is searching for an experienced HVAC Warranty Specialist in our Corporate office located in Nashville, TN. As a HVAC Warranty Specialist, you will play a crucial part in ensuring efficient operations within Blevins, Inc. By accurately processing warranty claims and actively working with HVAC Technical Service Advisor, you will contribute to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our business. Your attention to detail and effective communication will enhance our relationships with service companies, vendors, and clients, helping to maintain our reputation as an industry leader. Blevins, Inc. has a long history of success both in sales and profits and in building a culture of being a positive, rewarding work environment. Each branch location is a free-standing profit center within the multi-branch company. Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • HVAC warranty experience required.
  • Customer service skills and professional phone etiquette.
  • Excellent computer skills, data entry, and proficiency in operating systems, word processing, and spreadsheets.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and keen attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist service companies in completing claims for warranty repairs.
  • Verify coverage on specific equipment.
  • Locate part numbers to process warranty part orders.
  • Process claims in our system and submit to manufacturers for payment.
  • Track claims until completion.
  • Communicate with vendors, homeowners, and service contractors via phone and email.
  • Processing and submitting claims to the manufacturer for payment
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control.
  • Working in a fast-paced, customer service driven environment
