As a member of our HVACR Inside Sales Team , you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our culture of customer service excellence. Our HVACR Inside Sales Representative must have advanced knowledge of HVACR systems, hydronics, and hydronic applications , along with a strong understanding of wholesale distribution operations. Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of HVACR systems, hydronics, and related applications
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
  • Positive attitude and a self-motivated approach
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of three years of HVACR or hydronic heating experience
  • Wholesale distribution experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Product/application experience within HVACR preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary contact for HVACR customers
  • Provide product knowledge, technical guidance, and proactive solutions
  • Manage inbound sales calls and support outside sales with customer needs
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell HVACR product lines and increase account growth
  • Understand and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, order processing, and delivery
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and sales activities
