Requirements
- GED or High School Diploma required.
- Enrolled in or recent graduate of a program from a two or four-year college/university; preferably in Information Technology or a similar degree.
- Strong interest in Information Technology.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Be passionate about providing the best care to the residents we serve.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to residents and staff for computers, mobile devices, printers, VoIP phones, and other equipment.
- Respond to IT service requests and assist with reviewing and completing work orders.
- Shadow IT staff to gain exposure to daily operations, system maintenance, and technology management.
- Assist with device setup, equipment deployments, and annual computer refresh projects.
- Assist with maintaining IT documentation and equipment inventory.
- Assist with AV and technology setup for meetings, events, presentations, and podcast recordings.
- Participate in campus technology initiatives and expansion-related projects.
- Assist with additional IT projects and tasks as assigned.
