Requirements

  • GED or High School Diploma required.
  • Enrolled in or recent graduate of a program from a two or four-year college/university; preferably in Information Technology or a similar degree.
  • Strong interest in Information Technology.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Enjoy a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Be passionate about providing the best care to the residents we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to residents and staff for computers, mobile devices, printers, VoIP phones, and other equipment.
  • Respond to IT service requests and assist with reviewing and completing work orders.
  • Shadow IT staff to gain exposure to daily operations, system maintenance, and technology management.
  • Assist with device setup, equipment deployments, and annual computer refresh projects.
  • Assist with maintaining IT documentation and equipment inventory.
  • Assist with AV and technology setup for meetings, events, presentations, and podcast recordings.
  • Participate in campus technology initiatives and expansion-related projects.
  • Assist with additional IT projects and tasks as assigned.
