AbleLight’s Incident Manager is responsible for ensuring timely and effective incident management, investigations of allegations of abuse, neglect and exploitation of vulnerable adults ensuring their immediate and long-term safety for all of AbleLight. The role involves field investigations, interviewing, evidence collection, crisis intervention, and coordination and serving as a key liaison between compliance, Operations, HR, and Quality teams and external agencies, facilitating a coordinated approach to Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation (ANE) incident resolution and trend analysis.
