Embry-Riddle is seeking an Identity Management Systems Administrator to join the Information Technology department in a teleworking arrangement. Reporting to the Director of Linux and Middleware, the Identity Management Systems Administrator is part of the Linux and Middleware Team, in the University I.T. Infrastructure Department. The individual is responsible for technical systems management of Identity Management based servers, applications, and services, in their entirety. The position is highly technical and directly impacts the daily operational functions of the University as a whole. This position will implement, configure, administer, tune, troubleshoot and patch various components of the Identity Management and Access Management environment, both on premise and in cloud offerings. They will be responsible for the implementation and administration of SSO Federations. The position will configure, administer, and maintain integrations to and from, the Identity system. This role will own the authentication and account lifecycle process for the university. Ideal candidates will provide expertise in Identity and Access Management and the different components that relate along with participation in roadmap creation for the identity system. They will have some working knowledge of databases, SQL queries and structure. Ideal candidates will be comfortable administering Access Management systems and account lifecycle management systems, whether on-prem or SaaS offerings. They will have working experience with Oracle Middleware and have had exposure to cloud technologies in AWS, Azure, or Google. They will be familiar with the Oracle Identity Management suite of applications, including Oracle Access Management (OAM), Oracle Internet Directory (OID), and Oracle Unified Directory (OUD). They will have demonstrated working knowledge with Okta, Active Directory, Azure Entra and account lifecycle management systems. This position requires a strong communicator and team-player on various projects and troubleshooting exercises. This position is responsible for coordinating, communicating, and collaborating with other University and Campus Information Technology teams on strategic and tactical initiatives.
