Leidos currently has an opening for an Implementation Analyst for the Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS). The Implementation Analyst is responsible for coordinating the onboarding of new user entities onto the ELMS application. This role ensures that new users understand the system's capabilities and are successfully integrated into the platform with minimal disruption. The Implementation Analyst collaborates with stakeholders to align the application with business processes and requirements. Proficiency includes excellent written and verbal communication, exceptional audience and time management, as well as comprehensive data and technical analysis. To be successful, the candidate will possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, and an aptitude for both independent focus and team collaboration. The team operates in a hybrid environment, typically onsite in Mechanicsburg, PA two to three days per week. We encourage local candidates who are able to support this schedule to apply.
