About The Position

Leidos currently has an opening for an Implementation Analyst for the Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS). The Implementation Analyst is responsible for coordinating the onboarding of new user entities onto the ELMS application. This role ensures that new users understand the system's capabilities and are successfully integrated into the platform with minimal disruption. The Implementation Analyst collaborates with stakeholders to align the application with business processes and requirements. Proficiency includes excellent written and verbal communication, exceptional audience and time management, as well as comprehensive data and technical analysis. To be successful, the candidate will possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, and an aptitude for both independent focus and team collaboration. The team operates in a hybrid environment, typically onsite in Mechanicsburg, PA two to three days per week. We encourage local candidates who are able to support this schedule to apply. For candidates with specialized or highly aligned experience, remote arrangements may be considered.

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ Degree with 2+ years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of relevant experience, training, and/or certifications may be considered in lieu of degree requirement.
  • US Citizen: Currently possessing or ability to successfully obtain and maintain Secret Clearance upon hire.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated critical skills such as collaboration, strong written and verbal communication skills, and analytical capability.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
  • Ability to be flexible and work hard, in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) agencies
  • Prior knowledge of the application development lifecycle
  • ELMS or other comparable system experience

Responsibilities

  • Possess knowledge of all ELMS modules and stay abreast of all changes to the application.
  • Analyze, identify, create, and continuously enhance implementation fielding guide and conversion worksheets, to aid in getting accurate data from customers loaded into ELMS.
  • Prepare for and conduct customer meetings to understand their business processes to guide them to which module(s) to use to support their needs.
  • Provide demos and discussions for specific application features.
  • Assist customers in all steps of the implementation process which includes reviewing the implementation process with the customer, instructing the customer how to provide data for conversion into ELMS, managing data submissions, and aiding customer in resolving errors.
  • Assist customer in system configurations and security forms to identify information owners and security tiers for application access for users.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with security team, training team, user support teams, and development teams to support customers.
  • Communicate requirements both in-house and for customer base.
  • Identify implementation best practices and possible improvements.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, communicate updates to developers, and test solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple implementations and meet deadlines.
  • Work independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with moderate impact on operational results or project deliverables.

  • Periodically identify topics and conduct subsequent internal professional development workshops for implementation team that will increase understanding and proficiency.
  • Periodically take responsibility for moderately complex projects / assignments within a technical area.
  • Complete assigned tasks by a deadline and with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 with a proven ability to learn and assimilate new technology tools quickly.
  • May assist other technical staff with tasks and assignments.
