About The Position

The Implementation Lead serves as the primary point of contact for clients in active project implementation, utilizing their deep knowledge of Origami’s product and the insurance industry to efficiently lead a team to implement client business requirements. Starting base pay for this role is between $92,000 and $115,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will be eligible for a bonus as well as competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, wellness reimbursement, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. We offer vacation and sick leave benefits (under a flexible time off policy in most states). Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science or business-related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a client-facing profession services position
  • Superior communication and presentation skills required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills required.

Nice To Haves

  • JavaScript, XML, SQL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Owns the execution and outcomes of the project and its deliverables. Ultimately accountable for the success of the project (profitability, quality, client satisfaction, standards adherence, content communication).
  • Leads discovery sessions for deliverables included in projects.
  • Drives adoption of contracted functionality to ensure client is maximizing their usage of and value from Origami.
  • For project implementations, assigns deliverables and other tasks to individual team members.
  • Configures the Origami platform to meet client requirements.
  • Leverages Origami standard configuration where possible and follows established best practices and industry standards when designing, configuring, and consulting on solutions.
  • Responsible for the submission, oversight, and communication of client-specific bug related JIRA tickets identified during the implementation.
  • Records hours worked in accordance with Origami's time entry policy.
  • Manages tracking, erosion, auditing, and reporting of project hours.
  • Ensures accurate and timely entry and reporting of all team members' hours worked for all assigned projects.
  • During implementation, identifies potential scope creep / out-of-scope work and escalates to Project Manager.
  • Performs unit testing of assigned deliverables.
  • Prepares training materials and conducts user training.
  • Identifies potential expanded sales opportunities during the implementation and notifies / coordinates with account management team on pursuing.
  • Supports account management team in presenting and negotiating pricing and Statement of Work for change orders/expanded scope to client.
