Manage a SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation project for a Federal client, including: Tier 2 Customer Support, Development, Maintenance, and Enhancements. Manage SailPoint implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with scope and objectives. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Mentor and guide IAM engineers and developers, conducting code reviews Organizes, plans, directs, staffs, and coordinates the overall program effort Manage program risks and issues and taking corrective measurements and promoting best practices. Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, SOPs, and implementation guides. Recommend and implement process improvements, automation strategies, and tool enhancements to optimize IAM operations. Lead the defining and researching the processes and technologies in identity and access management program governance (controls) Gather requirements for enhancements and bug fixes in SailPoint IdentityIQ Develop and manage an identity governance strategy and roadmaps.
