About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to lead complex, multi-stakeholder implementations for a fast-growing SaaS platform. The Implementation Manager will drive customer success by managing end-to-end launches, mitigating risks, and accelerating adoption and time-to-value. You will act as a trusted delivery partner, balancing customer advocacy with scope discipline, navigating ambiguity, and making critical trade-offs to achieve outcomes. This position requires strong judgment, executive-level communication, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. You will help shape best practices, refine playbooks, and contribute to the maturation of implementation services while ensuring customers derive meaningful value from the platform. This role is fully remote and allows for high autonomy while working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in SaaS implementations, Customer Success, or Professional Services.
  • Experience implementing RevOps, GTM tooling, or related CRM, sales tech, analytics, or operational platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder engagements and navigate mis-scoped projects.
  • Comfortable leading conversations with directors and executives, with strong judgment under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance empathy with boundaries and say “no” while maintaining trust.
  • Exceptional communication skills to clearly and credibly interact with diverse audiences.
  • Strong ownership mindset, capable of driving initiatives end-to-end with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Lead net-new implementations, expansions, and workshops for mid-market and enterprise customers from kickoff through graduation.
  • Manage multiple concurrent implementations with varying complexity and stakeholder alignment.
  • Diagnose root causes when projects stall or scope changes, making trade-offs to protect timelines and outcomes.
  • Facilitate executive and director-level customer conversations to align expectations and deliverables.
  • Drive adoption and time-to-value by leading change management efforts and ensuring teams understand platform benefits.
  • Collaborate with Sales, CS, RevOps, Product, and Engineering to align scope, sequencing, and success criteria.
  • Contribute to services maturity by sharing learnings, refining templates, and modeling strong judgment for peers.
