About The Position

Primary Purpose: Provide leadership in working with freight carriers and the Team in the development and execution of import and export operations for all US based facilities. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Manage China/Korea inventory requests by creating and maintaining the purchase orders for Purchasing & Receiving until shipment of the order is complete Create and ensure accuracy on commercial documentation for both import and export shipments Understand requirements of the country in which shipments are being exported to and then create the additional documentation required for import compliance Work with other departments to plan import and export strategies for the company Maintain and build freight carrier relationships Support Muscos international entities with effective communication involving supply of materials and project shipments Manage and approve international freight invoices on all import and export shipments Work closely with our freight carriers to ensure that the freight requirements for both Musco and the customer are met Provide the Team with freight quotes, tracking information, and other freight related inquiries Other duties as assigned
