About the Role: As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering solutions that fit their vision. This outside sales position uses advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, people, and organizational skills
- Experience in home sales is highly valued
- Background in home remodeling or a similar in-home sales environment is a strong plus
- Reliable transportation and local residency required
- Confidence in presenting and speaking with homeowners
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Thrives in a fast-paced sales environment
- Outgoing and comfortable in social settings
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad-based sales system
- Participate in weekly sales training to continuously improve
- Use our software to build personalized bath designs
- Present pricing and close sales consistently
