In-Home Sales Representative - Repair and Remodel
About The Position
Based in the Atlanta, GA area - We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing remodel department at Southern Exteriors. As a Design Consultant, you will meet homeowners in their homes, assess their needs, measure projects, perform inspections, build material takeoffs, and present customized design solutions and pricing. Your role is pivotal in guiding homeowners through the selection of products and design options to enhance their home's exterior. The essential functions of the positions include, but are not limited to the following:
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, design consultation, or a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to accurately measure and calculate job specifications.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and results driven.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to personal and professional growth.
- Valid driver's license required.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct in-home consultations with potential clients.
- Perform thorough home inspections, accurately measure projects, and complete detailed takeoffs.
- Present product options, design ideas, and tailored solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Provide accurate and timely pricing estimates and proposals.
- Maintain effective communication and follow-up with clients throughout the sales process.
- Continually learn about industry products, trends, and best practices.
- Achieve sales goals by demonstrating strong interpersonal and sales skills.
