About The Position

We are looking for an expeerienced maintenance technician to handle maintenance and remodeling work at all Love’s locations nationwide. This is a full-time position, and travel will be involved.

Requirements

HS Diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years of experience with maintenance, carpentry, interior and exterior painting, or remodeling is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
Strong time management skills.
Strong work ethic and ability to take direction.
Extensive travel required via company car.
The typical work week will be about 67 hours per week, and this person will be expected to work/travel about 75% of weekends.
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required.
Travel coast to coast with extended nights away from home
Requires sitting, bending and stooping.
Occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
Climbing and working on ladders; working at height using proper safety equipment.
The employee's residence should be within a 75-mile radius from the OKC airport.

Nice To Haves

Experience operating a forklift or other powered lift equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Possess knowledge of general maintenance/remodel duties a plus.
Perform extensive remodels with some carpentry, tile, drywall, and concrete work.
Handle other duties assigned as needed.
