The role As an Inbound Process and Data Analyst, you drive timely and accurate decision-making by leveraging data analysis and implementing technological tools within the department. Your mission is to identify process improvement opportunities to reduce costs and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as an analyst.
  • College or University degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, Vlookup), PowerBI or Tableau, and knowledge of coding.
  • Solid understanding of logistics operations, supply chain, and inbound management technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and collaborative with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize the use of Warehouse (WMS) and Labour Management Systems (LMS) for inbound and returns operations.
  • Lead the end-to-end configuration and implementation of the new Returns Management System (RMS) as project lead.
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert to ensure system governance, data integrity, and standardized workflows.
  • Design and maintain actionable dashboards and reporting tools to empower Team Leaders in their daily planning.
  • Perform root cause analysis on complex data sets to identify bottlenecks and systemic flow issues.
  • Champion process re-engineering using lean principles to eliminate waste and streamline operational efficiency.
  • Document and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all department-specific tech implementations.
  • Develop and lead training programs for staff to ensure high adoption rates and reduce operational errors.
  • Translate data insights into tangible process improvements that drive operational excellence.
