About The Position

About the Role Realty.com is hiring an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our growing inbound demand. This is a high-volume, structured role focused on qualifying inbound leads, having productive conversations, and setting high-quality demos for our sales team. This role is not closing-focused and not full-cycle sales . Success is measured by consistency, follow-through, and execution. If you enjoy talking to people, can stay disciplined in a repeatable daily workflow, and want to build a long-term career in sales, this role offers strong training, clear expectations, and a defined growth path. What You’ll Do Respond quickly to inbound leads via phone, text, and email Have structured qualification conversations using the provided scripts Identify customer intent and route leads appropriately Set qualified demos for Account Executives Track all activity accurately in our CRM Follow daily call, activity, and quality standards Stay focused, organized, and consistent throughout the day This role involves a high volume of outbound calls to inbound leads . You will be on the phone daily.
