Your primary focus will be speaking with interested customers, answering questions, and guiding them through the enrollment process. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven call center environment where strong communication skills and consistency directly impact your success.

Requirements

  • Prior call center or sales experience preferred (not required)
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
  • Goal-oriented, competitive, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Must be able to work on-site in our Henderson, NV office
  • Must have open availability: Training schedule is 6:00AM-2:30PM Monday - Friday. Normal schedule once training is completed is 8:30am-5:00PM Tuesday - Saturday (schedules may vary periodically).

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound sales calls with residential consumers
  • Explain available energy options clearly and professionally
  • Answer customer questions and guide them through enrollment
  • Overcome objections and build rapport with customers
  • Accurately document activity in the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
