We’re on the lookout for an Incident Coordinator to join our established team delivering ICT services to one of our largest customers, based onsite in Collingwood, Melbourne. In this role, you’ll focus on incident coordination—particularly aged or long-standing incidents that need renewed traction. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and vendors to keep things moving, provide clear communication, and ensure issues are driven to resolution. Over time, this role will also support Major Incident Management and play a key role in broader IT Service Management activities. This includes owning tasks across ITSM processes, coordinating innovation initiatives, and contributing to ongoing continuous improvement. This work will help ensure processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with service expectations. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a background in Incident Coordination or a Senior Service Desk role ready for that next step!
