THE JOB Venue Nation is seeking an Incident Reporting Supervisor at Mystic Lake Amphitheater. As an Incident Reporter you will accurately document event related incident reports and workman comp/general liability claims.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of security operations, safety practices in a business environment and enforcement procedures.
- Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
- A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
- Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs.+ and occasional sitting .
Responsibilities
- Ensure record keeping and proper filling of; Pre-Event Inspection Reports, Event Related Incident Reports, Workman Comp/General Liability Claims.
- Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
- Partner with fellow crew members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
- Role model and enforce safety, health, and security priorities.
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Security Manager or Operations Manager
