Description of Duties: The Indiana Director is a full-time role responsible for leading and managing complex healthcare program integrity projects with 100% project dedication. This position oversees project execution, coordinates multiple teams, and manages subcontractors while ensuring effective delivery of analytics, technology, and auditing solutions. The Director will provide leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight, ideally bringing experience with Medicaid or healthcare program integrity programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant work experience as a project manager or lead client account manager required, including management of subcontractors.
  • Proven experience successfully managing complex projects with multiple teams.
  • Direct supervisory or management experience required, preferably of clinical teams.
  • Excellent leadership, management, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Able to perform more varied and difficult tasks.
  • Able to work in a collaborative team environment to obtain the best results.
  • Work as a topmost trusted partner with aFit and the client.
  • Provide attention to details.
  • Approaches challenges with a positive, consultative mindset
  • Self-starter with the desire to achieve and work with integrity.

  • Must be in the Indianapolis area and able to be on-site daily if needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Nursing, Business Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or Public Policy, or other closely related fields preferred; or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Medicaid or other healthcare program integrity experience preferred.
  • Direct auditing experience a plus, but not required.
  • Experience managing analytics and technology solutions or products preferred.
  • Graduate degree a plus.
  • PMP certification preferred.
