About The Position

The primary responsibility of this position will be to process loans, make loan disbursements and provide support to the Indirect Lending Team. Process incoming approved dealer loan funding packages and make appropriate funding disbursements. Set up new member account information and send member account packets. Process and send notices when necessary. Provide support to Indirect Loan Officers as necessary. Be committed to being part of the Mid American team! Show commitment to learning and growth. Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and strong people skills during interactions with co-workers and members. Be able to work individually as well as with a team. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Six months to two years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions
• Need to have proficient knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Outlook software (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Ability to multi task
• Organizational skills
