About The Position

The primary responsibility of this position will be to process loans, make loan disbursements and provide support to the Indirect Lending Team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Six months to two years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
• Need to have proficient knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Outlook software (Outlook, Word and Excel).
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
• Ability to multi task.
• Organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Process incoming approved dealer loan funding packages and make appropriate funding disbursements.
• Set up new member account information and send member account packets.
• Process and send notices when necessary.
• Provide support to Indirect Loan Officers as necessary.
