The Manager of Individual & Corporate Giving plays a critical role in supporting the philanthropic development of Columbus College of Art & Design (CCAD). This frontline fundraiser will work closely with a dedicated team to grow a relationship-focused, mid-level giving program that bridges annual giving and major gift philanthropy. Reporting to the Director of Major Gifts, this role will focus on donors–individual, corporate, and alumni–whose giving ranges from $2K-$25K. This role is responsible for overseeing a dynamic portfolio, which will include identification, qualification, and cultivation of potential donors as well as soliciting and stewarding gifts. A key metric of success will be pairing donors with opportunities to increase their giving, with the ultimate goal of identifying, engaging, and retaining emerging major donors for the institution. This role is ideal for an energetic fundraiser with strong people, organization, and project management skills to work in a supportive team environment. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the mission of CCAD by building meaningful relationships and inviting donors to empower students, faculty, and the local creative community. The best candidate is authentic in their advocacy for the arts, for education, and for the needs of diverse young creatives.
