About The Position

Partner with the Operations Efficiency team to identify and implement improvements that enhance store-level workflows and employee experiences. Support both field and office operations performing hands-on fieldwork with analytical problem-solving, requiring regular time in Sheetz stores and the Claysburg, PA office, in approximately a 50/50 distribution. Conduct time studies, analyze operational data, and help develop strategies that drive smarter, faster, and more efficient operations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• No experience required

Nice To Haves

• Previous exposure utilizing Microsoft Office, including Excel to perform data analysis preferred.
• Previous experience with SQL or Tableau for data visualization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct time and motion studies in Sheetz stores to evaluate workflows and labor models.
• Perform root cause analysis to address process inefficiencies.
• Assist in documenting processes and procedures for store operations.
• Support Operations projects by developing and recommending optimization strategies.
