Summer 2026 Internship in Production Operations organization. Candidate will perform Industrial Engineering related tasks in support of Production Operations at our Missiles and Fire Control Orlando facility. Candidate must be pursuing a 4 year engineering degree from an accredited college or university. Candidate must be able to apply lean manufacturing techniques to reduce cost and increase yields as well as support continuous improvement activities. Must have good communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from an accredited college
  • This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
  • Must have good communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiar with basic Industrial Engineering principles
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, access, word and excel).
  • Knowledge of facilities layouts, time studies, simulation and teaming.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of ‘Lean’ manufacturing concepts & techniques, AutoCAD software and Simulation.
