Job Description Serve as primary contact for IT support requests (in-person, phone, ticketing); diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Maintain onsite Scale Hypervisor with onsite and offsite backup Install & maintain Adtran fiber/copper Ethernet VLAN environment Assist remote users with laptop, VPN connectivity, mobile-device & remote troubleshooting during and after regular business hours. Maintain Sonicwall firewall & access-points with a mesh of security systems. Maintain proficiency with Windows Server, IIS, SQL, Exchange and vendor-specific software. Maintain VOIP telecommunications systems and Milestone IP Video surveillance network. Plan, implement, and manage a network structure that supports company processes, workflows, and information gathering. Maintain and update all computer software and hardware. Maintain communication and internet infrastructure and ensure security of systems. Prepare, implement, and manage a backup and recovery plan of information systems. Assist in information gathering for operational and financial analyses and reporting. Provide guidance on strategic IT planning and new technology that would enhance information gathering and company efficiency. Manage the implementation and support of any special or ongoing IT projects. Handle administration and learn functionality of company software products. Stay abreast of technology as it relates to company and industry advancements. Execute the responsibilities of this position in a lawful and ethical manner. Will you join our team?
