Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or business with relevant IT experience.
  • Three to five years of experience in computer operations.
  • Problem solving, analytics, reporting skills, process improvement.
  • Technical experience, networking knowledge, security standards, and consulting experience.

Responsibilities

  • Performs the installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal computers and related systems.
  • Day-to-day technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems, software, and hardware.
  • Installs, configures, and troubleshoots desktop systems.
  • Maintains data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment.
  • Communicates highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Assists in determining suitable software to meet user requirements.
  • Recommends hardware and software solutions.
  • Provide technical support to employees via telephone, eMail, or remote assistance.
  • Monitor Windows Update via WSUS, 3rd Party Patching, and physical verification.
  • Assist IT Manger with imaging, hardware/software installation/troubleshooting and basic network troubleshooting.
