About The Position

This Infrastructure Engineer supports a premier client onsite in Cuyahoga County and focuses on end user operations and infrastructure support. The position is responsible for building, deploying, and supporting end user technologies, resolving incidents, and partnering with internal teams and vendors to maintain reliable, secure, and efficient IT environments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field with at least one year of relevant experience
Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance
Experience supporting Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and IT service management tools
Ability to perform mid level data analysis and maintain clear technical documentation

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau preferred

Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and support end user devices, operating systems, and applications
Diagnose and resolve incidents, manage support tickets, and document solutions and procedures
Provide hands on support and education to end users to improve adoption and reduce recurring issues
Support end user infrastructure components and coordinate with vendors as needed
Track and manage IT assets including inventory, barcoding, and lifecycle management
Provide service desk coverage by answering calls, logging tickets, resolving issues, or escalating appropriately
Prepare reports, respond to emails, and participate in meetings and training sessions
Maintain accurate documentation to support operational consistency
