About The Position

This Infrastructure Engineer II supports a premier client by building, deploying, and supporting end user technologies across hardware, software, and IoT environments. The End User Operations Engineer manages incidents internally and with vendors and contributes to endpoint focused initiatives and projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field with at least two years of relevant experience
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Hands on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI or Tableau, and IT service management tools
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance

Responsibilities

  • Build, configure, and deploy end user devices including desktops, mobile devices, and IoT technologies
  • Manage endpoint environments using Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application management
  • Support device provisioning and lifecycle management using tools such as Windows Autopilot
  • Partner with identity and access teams to support user and device authentication through Microsoft Entra ID
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, endpoint, and access related issues
  • Manage and resolve escalated support tickets while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
  • Provide training and guidance to end users to improve adoption and reduce recurring issues
  • Assist with the development and execution of project plans and timelines
  • Support task prioritization and coordination for endpoint and infrastructure related initiatives
  • Manage IT asset inventory, barcoding, lifecycle tracking, and disposal of non operational equipment
  • Provide service desk coverage by answering calls, logging tickets, and resolving or escalating issues
  • Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and participate in meetings and training sessions
