About The Position

Infrastructure Program Support Analyst The Opportunity: Support client by providing lifecycle planning of infrastructure and facilities that support operations at multiple international locations. Participate as a member of cross-functional teams assessing regional infrastructure requirements, evaluating capabilities, identifying required resources, developing execution plans, and monitoring progress to achieve infrastructure capability and capacity goals. Formulate approaches that comply with international treaties and agreements and enhance relationships among multinational stakeholders. Provide technical advice that enables client ability to deliver installation and infrastructure efficiencies through common interests with external organizations. Generate analysis and supporting reports and briefings that enable client decisions and executive communications with international partners. You Have:

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in DoD infrastructure planning and execution
  • 2+ years of experience with NATO planning or resourcing
  • Experience in using the Microsoft Office suite of programs including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to travel by air or ground up to 25% of the time
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in developing and implementing Area Development Plans
  • Experience with Geospatial systems, such as ArcGIS or similar, and agencies
  • Experience with DoD service component commands and working with DoD joint planning process
  • Experience working in a DoD joint overseas environment
  • Experience with Project or Program Management, international agreements, and DoD budget cycles
  • Experience with NATO policies, governance, and organizations
  • Experience conducting DOTMLPFI analysis
  • Experience developing requirement or project cost estimations
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • PMP certification

  • Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
  • The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).
