About The Position
Aquafinity is seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Administrator to support our sales and service teams. In this role, you’ll help prepare quotes, process sales orders, coordinate installation schedules, and serve as a key communication link between sales representatives, vendors, and customers. Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Experience in sales support, estimating, or order processing is a plus
Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize sales quotes and proposals with outside sales representatives
- Process sales orders, bids, and purchase contracts
- Track vendor orders and communicate updates to customers
- Coordinate installation schedules with service teams and customers
- Follow up on open quotes, bids, RFPs, and RFQs
- Maintain accurate customer files and documentation
- Research and resolve order or quote issues as needed
