Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, marketing coordination, customer engagement, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to write clear marketing content and communicate technical concepts in an approachable way.
  • Ability to support marketing activities such as email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional content.
  • Comfortable engaging with prospective customers through email, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks across sales and marketing workflows.
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn new tools and processes.
  • Experience with CRM systems or digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both sales and marketing teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a technical, scientific, or instrumentation‑focused environment is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective customers via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Qualify inbound leads and route them appropriately within the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow‑up.
  • Provide product information, coordinate introductory meetings, and support early‑stage customer interactions.
  • Draft and support marketing messaging for campaigns, email outreach, and promotional materials.
  • Assist with social media posts, newsletters, and digital content requiring clear, concise communication.
  • Coordinate marketing activities such as webinars, product demos, and trade show preparation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and customer‑focused messaging.
