Your RoleWe are looking for an energetic and results-driven Online Client Advisor to boost our sales by delivering a premium, personalized remote shopping experience through phone, chat, email, and digital tools. In this inside sales role, you will be the first point of contact for both B2C and B2B clients, helping them choose the best wellness solutions based on their goals. You’ll guide customers through the purchase journey, respond to inquiries, follow up on marketing leads, and contribute to building strong, long-term relationships. You will also play a key role in supporting our omnichannel strategy by managing CRM data, gathering market feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction from first contact to product delivery.This position will primarily support our Home segment, and works onsite at our Jersey City offices.
