You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. This employee would be a part of our wholesale division helping existing customers select new products, merchandise, and promote the brand while also finding new prospective customers to grow their territory. This employee must be comfortable with virtual communication, able to do online research, and excited about the brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • Must live in or near Greensboro, NC
  • At least 1 - 3 years of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Confident in handling and overcoming rejection.
  • Must be willing to travel to major trade shows and events (15% of the time)

Nice To Haves

  • Sales/Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Prospect call preparation including company background research, demographic research, and other tools to find the right stores to promote our brand.
  • Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
  • Must be a product knowledge specialist.
  • Understand the customers’ needs and requirements.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing accounts through systematic call cycles.
  • Maintain a professional Facebook page and market items to clients via constant contact.
  • Be an expert! Help existing accounts with claims/ new product /marketing strategies
  • Build effective customer relationships through research of customers Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels.
  • Achieve monthly goals
  • Schedule market appointments
