Requirements
- 1+ years in sales support, admin, or customer service
- Strong data entry, math, and computer skills
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
Responsibilities
- Assist outside sales reps and brokers
- Manage sales pipeline and customer accounts
- Respond to phone and email inquiries
- Perform data entry and lead tracking
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to streamline processes
