Inside Sales Representative – HVAC & Plumbing All Year Cooling and Plumbing All Year Cooling and Plumbing is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will help customers find the right HVAC and plumbing solutions by providing expert recommendations, preparing quotes, and guiding them through the sales process. Requirements

Previous experience in inside sales, HVAC, plumbing, or home services sales preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
Self-motivated with strong organization and follow-up skills
High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with potential customers
Conduct phone consultations to understand customer needs and recommend HVAC and plumbing solutions
Prepare proposals, quotes, and financing options for customers
Build strong relationships by answering questions and providing expert guidance
Close sales while meeting performance goals and maintaining customer satisfaction
Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Follow up with customers after installation to confirm satisfaction and identify additional service opportunities
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems
