About The Position

Key Accountabilities of The Inside Sales & Technical Support Specialist: Customer service liaison between customer and all departments Sales Order Review Quoting Order Entry Technical Background in Manufacturing Engineering Product Configuration Sales Reporting Discount Analysis The Inside Sales & Technical Support Specialist will have the following minimum qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred (in Engineering related field) -or- Bachelor's and 3-5 year of experience in manufacturing of consumer goods -or- Associate's Degree and 7+ years' experience in Engineering field -or- High School Diploma and 10+ years' experience with Inside Sales in similar field -plus- Bilingual- Spanish a plus Knowledge of Company and Industry Customer Relationship Management Strong business and financial acumen This is NOT a remote position location office in Sulligent, AL Bolzoni is one of the worldwide leading manufacturers of Lift Truck Attachments, Forks and Lift Tables, with the most extensive product range in the market. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred (in Engineering related field) -or- Bachelor's and 3-5 year of experience in manufacturing of consumer goods -or- Associate's Degree and 7+ years' experience in Engineering field -or- High School Diploma and 10+ years' experience with Inside Sales in similar field -plus-
