About The Position

The Inspections Admin facilitates the efficient operations across multiple inspection projects performing administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-task.
  • Basic understanding of service operations from proposals to invoicing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • High School or associate degree (preferred)
  • Two to Three years of experience in an administrative role with experience in Service operations (preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel expertise is a must

Responsibilities

  • Data entry for Mechanical Intregrity & Inspection group
  • Recruiting for Inspection
  • Create work orders
  • Place job purchase requisitions for equipment and services
  • Follows up with AP on Purchase Order receipts and invoices
  • Performs Job Cost Transfers
  • Prepares and submit change orders
  • Gathers timesheets and perform invoice works up
  • Engages AR to confirm customer PO receipts
  • Responsible for crew mobilization logistics for international jobs
