Instructional Designer II Location: Remote Duration: 4 Months with possibility of extending Pay Rate : $60-$65/hr Key Responsibilities • Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to develop high-impact sales training content grounded in real AM workflows • Author, edit, and review enablement content ensuring accuracy and clarity. • Manage project level enablement operations — maintain system hygiene, track certifications, update learning repositories, and manage translation and version control processes. • Measure program effectiveness using sales performance data, learner feedback, and adoption analytics; synthesize insights to drive continuous improvement. • Support virtual and live facilitation where needed, fostering interactive learning, peer exchange, and the practical application of selling skills
