About The Position
Job Description Job Requirements Qualifications Proven experience as a technical writer or instructional developer in industrial, energy, manufacturing, or related technical environments. Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user‑friendly training materials. Experience working with P&IDs, OEM documentation, operating procedures, and maintenance instructions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with SMEs and cross‑functional teams. Knowledge of operator training, On-the-Job (OJT) development, or technical instructional design is strongly preferred. Knowledge of Oil and Gas upstream and midstream operations is a plus.
