About The Position
Come join us at Con Edison as an Instructor for the Learning Center, where you will play a vital role in supporting, developing, and implementing training programs that drive high standards for employee performance in technical proficiency, environmental responsibility, safety, productivity, customer focus, and ethical behavior. In this position, youll help ensure a motivated, well-trained workforce, equipping employees and stakeholders to excel and meet customer needs. Youll have the opportunity to shape training curriculum and materials, including instructor guides, student manuals, tests, digital learning courses, and training media. As an instructor, youll lead the development and review of digital learning tools and evaluate trainee performance for qualification purposes. You will also participate actively in Training Effectiveness Committees for your assigned disciplines, serving as a trusted advisor to our business partners.
