About The Position

Youll play a crucial role in building a motivated, skilled workforce by creating and reviewing training curriculum, guides, tests, digital learning courses, and media, as well as leading digital tool development. Your responsibilities will include evaluating trainee performance, ensuring training aligns with the latest technologies and procedures, participating in Training Effectiveness Committees (TECs), and serving as a trusted advisor to business partners.
