Job Description The Insurance Operations and Servicing Associate III is responsible for executing processing across multiple workflows and resolving routine exceptions. This individual guides peers on procedures and completes high-volume data entry while meeting quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates with carriers, agencies, and lenders to close information gaps on standard cases.
- Contributes to job aids by identifying unclear steps and proposing clarifications to leads.
- Prioritizes workload to meet productivity and audits requirements across assigned workflows.
- Performs targeted quality reviews of peer work and provides actionable feedback to improve accuracy.
- Researches and resolves routine exceptions and documents actions taken and outcomes in the system of record.
- Shares best practices and provides day-to-day guidance to newer employees on procedures and quality checks.
- Processes multi-step documentation queues and compares extracted data to source documents and resolves discrepancies.
