A day in the life. As our Senior Account Manager on the Transportation team, you'll work within a team dedicated to providing exceptional client service. This dynamic role requires deep comprehension of coverage and market knowledge with a focus on strong client and carrier relationships. Responsibilities range from more transactional tasks such as certificate issuance and invoicing to more complex analytical work, as required in a client centric environment. You will be viewed as a resource by both colleagues and clients and serve as a mentor within the team. Our future colleague. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant insurance industry experience
  • Appropriate insurance license
  • Strong client relation skills to build and maintain positive business relationships with clients and market contacts; including excellent communication skills and service orientation, cooperative nature, and discernment to resolve client and company problems
  • Ability to adopt a “servant leadership” mindset with the ability to both provide guidance and training to others while remaining committed to your own continuous learning path
  • Demonstrate proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite and aptitude to quickly learn and utilize multiple applications.
  • Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
