We’re hiring a full-time Insurance Verification & Authorization Supervisor to join our Finance department at 41 Montebello. What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the Insurance Verification & Authorization team across multiple sites while guiding process improvements, developing SOPs, and establishing key performance metrics. You’ll serve as the organization’s expert on payer requirements, insurance eligibility, and financial counseling workflows—supporting staff, answering interdepartmental inquiries, and collaborating with clinical and support teams on complex cases. Additionally, you’ll ensure exceptional customer service, maintain strict confidentiality, and manage self-pay and collections processes to support accurate and efficient billing
