Cedar Hills has an opportunity for a Intake RN to join our team of great people! Join a facility that believes in Hope, Health, and Healing!
Shifts are 12 hours x 3 days a week. Current shift available:
7pm-7:30am (Overnight)
The Intake RN is a registered nurse with demonstrated experience in the triage and assessment of potential patients with mental health and/or chemical dependency treatment needs. The RN must possess the ability to assess medical stability and appropriateness of patient admission to Cedar Hills Hospital.
Cedar Hills Hospital is a 98-bed behavioral health hospital and outpatient services program that serves adults facing an acute behavioral health crisis related to issues of mental health, substance abuse and substance use disorder, as well as co-occurring disorders related to these circumstances. Our programs aim to provide lasting mental health rehabilitation through programs that re-establish a high quality of life.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an RN by the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
• Certificate or degree from an accredited program of professional nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility, preferred.
