About The Position

Integrated Product Team Lead, Integrated Payload Array Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Integrated Product Team Lead (Level 4) to join the Integrated Payload Array Project Management team in El Segundo, CA! The Cost Account Manager (CAM) Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead will manage daily project execution in one (or more) of the subsystem areas on the integrated payload array (IPA) product line, coordinate and communicate with all required functions & suppliers from early program baselining thru final flight delivery; delivering IPA hardware on-time & within budget. Position Responsibilities: Responsible for cost, schedule, technical, and risk management for spacecraft assembly, integration, and test. Developing and maintaining earned value baselines and status performance to plan. Leading required resources from engineering, operations, quality, material management, and supply chain to execute per allocated baselines. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement lean, optimize production, and identify opportunities for savings. Performing reviews, gate closures, project close-out activities, and document lessons learned for incorporation into hardware catalog, future project plans, and roadmaps. Develops and uses collaborative relationships within and outside the organization to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals. Builds rapport and trust among stakeholders and leverages the organization's dynamics to promote program goals by focusing on a shared vision. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in El Segundo, CA. This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, engineering, or STEM field
  • More than 5 years of experience in a leadership role (i.e., manager, project manager, team lead, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting results
  • 3+ years of experience developing and/or maintaining integrated schedules
  • Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
  • This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
  • This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
