About The Position

Ready to level up your experience this summer? Flint Group is looking for a motivated, client-focused Account Services Flintern to join our team for Summer 2026 . You’ll gain real-world agency experience, work alongside industry pros, and collaborate with fellow interns to lead a full-scale project for a local nonprofit, from kickoff to final delivery. Yes, it’s paid. Yes, it’s hands-on. And yes, it includes a little #FlintFun along the way. Program Details Dates: May 19 – August 13, 2026 Schedule: Flexible scheduling (minimum 20 hours/week; average 30 hours/week) Compensation: $1 7 .00/hour Location: In-office , Fargo, ND What You’ll Do Support the Account Services team with project management and account coordination Serve as a liaison between account managers and internal departments Manage media reports, print ads, and creative scheduling Assist with client requests and communications Contribute to team initiatives and special projects You won’t just observe ; you’ll contribute meaningfully.
